2006 Racing Season

We will start the 2006 season by participating at Beech Bend Park Raceway with the Top Dragster race car, “The Spirit of Ellis” in March 2006. This race car will also participate in the IHRA Division 5 Top Dragster races at Cordova Dragway Park on April 28-30, Bryon Dragway on July 21-23, and Cedar Falls Raceway on August 18-20.

The “Bladerunner” dragster will run the Division 5 IHRA Summit E.T. Chamionship Series at Bryon Dragway beginning in May 2006. The 2006 Bryon Dragway race schedule will be posted on their Web site www.bryondragway.com.

Top speed for “The Spirit of Ellis” dragster will be in the 180 to 185 mile per hour range. “Bladerunner’s” best elapse time is 7.71 seconds with a top speed of 172 miles per hour so far. With fresh engines for 2006, we are hoping for some quicker elapse times. Time will tell.
